Comcast offers several means of bringing your issue to their attention – the Comcast Listens program, and the Comcast Solutions Program.

Why should you think about reporting to the Comcast Listens and Comcast Solutions programs?

1.  If you have been a victim of an employment related violation of the law, Comcast may owe you MONEY for damages for their illegal acts against you. $$$

2.  If Comcast is doing something illegal or unethical, it should be stopped.  Bad Comcast employees should be disciplined or fired.

3.  You will be refusing to be pushed around by Comcast, you will hold them accountable for their actions, and make the world a better place for future employees everywhere.

Reporting through the Comcast Listens process IS NOT required, and you may proceed directly to the Comcast Solutions program.

Some of the types of claims that you may pursue through the Comcast Solutions program:

Generally they are claims related to recruiting and hiring, compensation, terms and conditions of employment, and the termination of the employment relationship.

Some examples of Covered Claims include:

  • Discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, pregnancy, national origin or any other category or characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
  • Failure to provide an accommodation based on a persons disability, religion or any other category or characteristic protected under law.
  • Violations of federal, state or local wage and hour laws or regulations including not paying proper minimum wages, overtime, irregular record keeping and improper classification of exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Law breaking related to specific wage payment laws at the local or state level such unlawful pay deductions, failure to pay wages, salary, bonuses, incentives and commissions.
  • Not following leave laws as mandated by local, state and federal laws including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations and violations to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
  • Retaliation for past federal, state or local legally protected activity such as whistleblower claims.
  • Breach of contract claims, fraud, fraud in the inducement, negligence or any other unlawful tort conduct.

Claims that ARE NOT brought under the Comcast Solutions program are:

Claims related to worker’s compensation benefits, unemployment compensation, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) claims, Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”) claims that are excluded from mandatory arbitration by law will not be handled through Comcast Solutions.
