Comcast Solutions Early Dispute Resolution Program

When you accepted employment with Comcast and returned your offer letter, you gave away significant legal rights.  You agreed that you and the company will be bound by the Comcast Solutions program for covered legal claims.

So what’s the difference between Comcast Listens and Comcast Solutions?
Comcast Listens is available for most any workplace or integrity issue both legal and non-legal.  For a list see the Home Page.

Comcast Solutions is only for claims of a legal nature affecting your employment.  Some examples of law violations appropriate for Comcast Solutions are claims of discrimination or harassment, violations based on a protected categories (age, sex, gender, religion, etc) wage and hour claims, compensation claims, and FMLA and other leave of absence claims.  See our Home Page for a more complete list.

Comcast has three documents that covers all you need to know about the Comcast Solutions Program:

1.  A Summary Brochure with a good FAQ – This is a great document that walks through the program in simple terms.
