How to File Your Overstated Offer Letter Claim as a Comcast Enterprise Account Executive

Was your Comcast Enterprise Account Executive offer letter overstated based on the realistic first year potential?  Did you take home more than $50K in annual target incentive compensation commission your first year?  Or did you make $30,000 less than the offer letter as I and many others did?

If so, you might want to find out how to file a claim based on being fraudulently induced into accepting the position. You could be owed damages if you were indeed tricked into taking a position where few if any make the offer letter amount?

If you believe that your offer letter was inflated and suggested first-year earnings that could not realistically be obtained, then you should take action to right that wrong.  Companies should not be able to “fraudulently induce” you to leave the job market and make a major career move based on unrealistic representations.

It’s easy to get the process started.  It only takes filling out a two page Comcast Solutions form.   Go here for the contact information to request the form.  https://listenssolutionsguide.com/comcast-solutions-steps-to-file/

Comcast will have HR and legal review your claim, and if your case is like mine, will most likely ignore you and say they did nothing wrong.

I’d recommend that you go right to arbitration where an experienced legal expert will hear your case and issue a binding decision.    If you want to try mediation before going to binding arbitration you can, but be aware that it will add many months to the process.   Only about 1% of arbitration cases ever make it to the final arbitration decision, the rest get settled.  (as it will cost Comcast tens-of-thousands in legal and arbitration fees whether they prevail or not.)   To get you to shut up and go away, Comcast will present you with an offer.  You can take it, or continue to move towards arbitration if you don’t feel the amount truly represents your financial damages.*

Please submit a request through our Contact Form and let us know if you would like more information or the contact information of an attorney experienced in fighting Comcast for this exact thing.

*If you were in another company, you’d probably join with the scores of others in the same situation and file a class action lawsuit, but you can’t because Comcast took away that right of yours when you went to work for them.
